By using this website or engaging ZDC Australia Pty Ltd (trading as Golden Path Support Services) ABN 20 694 845 013 ("we") you agree to these terms.

1. Information on this site

Content is provided in good faith for general information about our NDIS supports. It is not personal advice and does not replace the NDIS Pricing Arrangements or your plan.

2. Service agreements

All supports are delivered under an individual written service agreement that complies with the NDIS Practice Standards. The service agreement, not this website, sets out the binding terms of your supports.

3. Fees

We charge at the rates published in the current NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits. Any out-of-pocket charges, travel or cancellation policies will be set out in your service agreement before signing.

4. Cancellations

Short-notice cancellation rules follow the NDIS Pricing Arrangements. We will always work with you compassionately around illness, hospitalisations and family emergencies.

5. Intellectual property

All website content, logos and downloads are © Golden Path Support Services. You may download and share our free resources for personal, non-commercial NDIS use.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on website content. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
